Milestone OpenPRP Pre-Alpha Phase

New generation pyprp / 7d7 plugin toolset.

Expected:

• Blender support.
• Ogre3d / 7d7 support.
• Maybe, if things go well, I expect to be supporting k3d (only if the api is well documented, and all required stuff is available in the k3d python api).
• Uru Prime / Tpots & Myst 5 support (import/export) (About export: Although almlys does not have access to a windows machine to test the exported material in a native client, the testing and support depends on the availiability of other devs/users that are willing to test it, and report related bugs to it)

Work of this plugin is expected to be done during February-June at the same time and after the 7d7 toolset is being developed.
