Ahlnay - More Information

Ahlnay is a tranquil Age that was the private retreat of the prosperous Lord Umeen of the Guild of Ink-makers. Its known surface is primarily forested - Umeen's mansion is located atop a rock plateau that juts out of the forest far below. The trees and their roots give Ahlnay its name, for the trees themselves are mostly immense trunks, sparsely foliated, that are visible for miles, and the huge roots of these trees almost completely cover the forest floor.

The house has a beautiful view of the forest from the top of the plateau. Inside the house, among Lord Umeen's luxuries, the NTC set up their headquarters and library. Sometime ago, for reasons still unknown, the NTC withdrew from actions in the Age and began operating out of Tahmlah (see Tahmlah - More Information). Remnants of their presence their still remain in place.
