Pre-2010Mar8 versions:
--Just explore!
--Be sure to cross the bridges to reach the large building. There are also 3 small buildings on the main island, but I don't believe it is possible to reach the top one without cheating.
--There are also a pair of tunnels that lead through the main island (so 4 entrances), but they are two small for an avatar to fit in.
--If you go up the volcano there is some lava inside and touching it will panic link you out. (I don't believe it's possible to climb to the top of the volcano without cheating.)
2010Mar8+ versions:
--There is a book to the Nexus near the starting point.
--Explore around the castle and along the wall.
--Leave through the gate and explore the volcano and outbuilding.
--The outbuilding contains a journal and a linking book to Aquh.
