Single Player(offline)

  1. You need Uru:Path of the Shell or Uru:Complete Chronicles installed. Do not do this on an Until Uru installation.
  2. Then download and install the UruAgeManager. This tool will take care of obtaining the fan-created ages and allow you to explore them in your stand-alone Uru installation. For more details, see UruAgeManager.
  3. Use UruAgeManager to download Ages (instructions at UruAgeManager.)
  4. Run Uru and a new book will be in your Relto!

MultiPlayer(online)

Installing

Currently, only the Atlantis shard can be used for these Ages.

Do not logon to any other Shard than Atlantis, with new Ages installed.
This could cause the shard to crash and get you banned from that shard and maybe all of them.
It may be best to have two copy of "Path of the Shell": one with new Ages and one without. Use the one without to logon to shards that have not been setup for testing

You need to do the following:

  1. Have Alcugs installed. The steps can be found here: http://home.arcor.de/marlokir/uru/ClientInstall.en.html#huru
  2. Have the Alcugs KI patcher installed if you want to be able to talk to people. The steps can be found here: AlcugsPatcher
  3. Install UruAgeManager on the Alcugs installation.(You should make a copy of Alcugs first, for the reasons described above.) Steps can be found here:UruAgeManager
  4. Download the Ages that you want. Remember, you must not try to link to Ages that the server doesn't support. Take a look at the list below.
  5. If you are planning to use version 1 or 2 of Eder Rilteh Inaltahv, or version 1 of Galamay, or version 1 of Niveerah, or version 1 of The First Age of Dustin: Download the following files to your /sdl folder. If you are asked if you want to overwrite, say no.http://dusty.selfip.net/UruAgeManager/uploads/ederriltehinaltahv.sdl, http://dusty.selfip.net/UruAgeManager/uploads/galamay.sdl, http://dusty.selfip.net/UruAgeManager/uploads/Niveerah.sdl, http://dusty.selfip.net/UruAgeManager/uploads/Dustin.sdl
  6. Go to http://atlantis.villageidiot.org/viewforum.php?f=23 and read the two topics at the bottom, and make sure you understand and do what MercAngel says.(You don't need to submit the files for these 2 Ages, since he already has them.)
  7. Start Alcugs, and log onto "The Lost City of Atlantis"
  8. There should now be a new book on your Relto!
  9. If you want your KI to function(and possibly to be able to talk), you'll have to go to Gahreesen and get it.

Note: Atlantis is runing UU right now do not try and use the new ages there i am going to work in testing them on UU so maybe in tiem you can.

Note: if you're new to "The Lost City of Atlantis", you don't need to click the Journey Cloths in the Cleft; you can just go into the tree and get your Relto book.
