From Alcugs
If I have questions and/or problems with the tools, what do I do?
If you've got problems with the Alcugs servers, check the Alcugs Troubleshooting page.
For troubleshooting on the Pyprp, check the PyPrp Troubleshooting section for your problem.
For troubleshooting with Drizzle/UruAgeManager, check the troubleshooting section: Drizzle#Troubleshooting
If that doesn't turn up any useful information, try posting on the forums: http://alcugs.almlys.org/forum . This is where the tool developers discuss various issues. You can also try posting on the other Age Creation forums.
(You could also try searching the various Age Creation forums listed on our Community Portal topic for others who may have experienced the same issues.)
